Rental Includes: 30 black folding chairs, 2 rectangular folding tables (4' wide), 1 round table (3' diameter)

One-time events (receptions, parties): $35/hour (includes setup and take down)

One-time events require a security deposit of $100, which will be returned if the space is left as it was found and there has been no damage or theft.
There is a $30 fee if you would like the art removed from the walls prior to your event. Decorations are permitted, but no nails or other holes may be made in the walls.
There is a $50 fee for use of the Young Chang upright piano.
There is a $30 fee if you choose not to sweep the floor, take out the trash and clean the bathroom after your event.

Music rehearsals: $75/month (one evening per week, 9pm-midnight)
