Policies
Refunds
Registration Fees are non-refundable. Tuition may be refunded prior to the first class of the semester only. A credit towards future semesters may be issued at the Director’s discretion.
Make-up Classes
Families may attend no more than 2 make-up classes (i.e. classes offered at a different time slot than the one they registered for) per semester, providing they notify their teacher in advance about needing to miss class. Attendance in a make-up class must be scheduled in advance.
Late Registration
Families are welcome to enroll up until Week 3 of the semester. There is no tuition discount, however, families may attend up to 2 make-up classes per semester, in coordination with their teacher (see “Make-up Classes”).
Health
Please notify your teacher of any health issues that might affect you or your child’s participation in class. Children who are running a fever, or are otherwise contagious, should stay home so as not to spread illness to the other children.
